Redfin was helpful for online tours, especially from out of town. However, my experience soured when I tried to make an offer on a property and received no response. The lead realtor was also rude. I've since switched realtors and am now waiting for my newly built home. I wouldn't use Redfin again based on this experience.

The most recent bug resulted in canceled VRBO reservations still appearing on the owner's calendar, blocking future bookings without an option for us to remove them. In our experience, OR feels like half-baked software. The financial impact has been significant, with the annual fees we pay to OR being overshadowed by losses exceeding $10,000 a year due to blocked calendar dates that don't reflect actual reservations. Based on our experience, there's no return on investment with this software. I would advise others to stay away.

I'm generally happy with the company as the editing cost and delivery speed are good. But sometimes, it seems like the editors vary in skill. I approved edits from one editor, then another editor corrected them again later, which is confusing.

Kit is just amazin'! He is so patient, and as many times as I have emailed and posed questions, his answers were immediately forthcomin'. A sales person such as Kit helps to make a company high end and very successful. Kit wants customer satisfaction and you can easily denote this from his responses to the questions.

The company offers useful, grounded guidance. Presenter Luke, along with Paul, has loads of info and a strong urge to help others succeed. Luke often says, "Keep growing!" With his support, this feels less like a demand or a test, but more like a vow.

This company is really great. They're always there to help and answer questions fast. I'm excited to buy more land soon. Their professionalism and friendliness make everything easy.
