We got Sika Design outdoor furnitur from Patio Living in Nov 2023. It looks so nice, so we bought more for the porch. I like calling and talking to real people instead of a chat bot. Fast good service. Even delivery guys were great. I'll come back!

Ugh, the struggle is real! Trying to add two more chairs to my order, but it's like wrestling with a stock issue. The chat's moving at a snail's pace, and they're passing me around like a hot potato. Three people later, and I'm still in the dark about whether these chairs need to come from the vendor first. And, oh, can I still snag 'em at the same price and use my discount code? Talk about a headache! Wish they'd make it as straightforward as a good ol' USA date entry.

Your website's a breeze to navigate, and I'm digging the products, no doubt. But, oh boy, stumbled into a bit of a hiccup when I accidentally popped open the chat box, and guess what? Couldn't shut it! Had to toss a message in there just to ask someone to do the honors and close it up. Other than that little tech tango, everything else sailed smooth
