The products be in good state and function well. However, they take too long to reach Belgium, about 3 weeks to a month for my two purchases.

They did answer my questions in a good time. The thing I ordered was just as I thought it would be, good quality. But it took a REALLY long time to arrive. I remember checking the website and it said it would come in a reasonable time, but when it didn't show up, I reached out to them and they told me they were all on a two-week national holiday. They should have told people about that beforehand.

I had an issue with my delivery and there was literally no way for me to get in touch with them. I tried calling, emailing, even sending smoke signals, but nothing. Ugh, what a disaster. Like, I get it, mistakes happen, but the least they could do is make it easy for customers to reach them.
