This is about pamono.eu. At first glance, this company seems good. They claim to offer unique and antique pieces, and many of their items are attractive. We ordered several things quickly to decorate our new place. First, ordering was a bit of a hassle. There's a delay between ordering and getting a payment notice, and during this time, the piece may sell to someone else. By the time you find out, you've already paid, and reversing the payment takes 5 to 10 days. Items often take weeks or months to ship, and shipping costs can be much higher than reasonable, sometimes surpassing the item's price. It's unclear why a large piece costing 3,000 euro has a 120-euro shipping fee, while a small piece at 275 euro has an 800-euro shipping fee. It seems like Pamono adds extra profit to shipping costs to advertise lower item prices. We received items described as "perfect" or "like new" that were damaged. Sellers don't always provide quality photos, so you may miss issues until receiving the product. These are just a few of the issues. They sometimes respond to complaints, but not always. In some cases, they promised refunds or discounts for damaged items, but in one instance, they initially promised a refund, later saying they wouldn't pay because the seller refused, and they can't control sellers. I don't think they vet their sellers well. After months of dealing with them, I wouldn't order from them again.

A week later, they throw a tracking on it, saying it's waiting for FedEx to scoop it up. But here's the kicker – chased them every single day for a whopping 4 weeks, and guess what? My Togo sofa from Ligne Roset has a great color, great quality and was even delivered much earlier than expected. There were also no problems with communication with the shipping company.
