Disappointing experience with this company. Terrible customer service—each inquiry promises prompt contact, but the reality is prolonged delays. "Without further delay" means days, not hours. Despite having all necessary refund details, no contact has been made. Holding back a single refund shouldn't lead to financial failure. Beware before engaging with this company.
