The company is very good.
by Ian

The company is very good. It's easy to scan CDs and send them. They pay quickly. Much better than throwing CDs in the garbage.

Absolutely wonderful! Photos printed with lovely colors. Packaging was great. Arrived promptly. No issues. Service is good, especially since prints are free. Only pay for postage. Fantastic value.

I attempted to schedule a courier pickup
by Philip Hayward

I attempted to schedule a courier pickup three times, but Ziffit failed to offer basic customer assistance in explaining why the courier did not collect the package. The service falls short of their advertised claims, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience.

Fantastic service! The app is
by Adam Halford

Fantastic service! The app is incredibly user-friendly for scanning books, and the collection process is fast and hassle-free. While I didn't receive a hefty sum for some books, it's gratifying to know they're re-entering circulation, especially when my local charity shop wouldn't accept them.

Gotta admit, not impresesed
by Steve H

Gotta admit, not impresesed with the valuation. Took it on the chin and accepted less than 10% of the original cost just to get those books out of the house. I get Ziffit needs to cover their bases, but still... kinda stung. Despite that, I'll probably give it another shot down the road.

Talk about a trust tumble!
by Sue Hall

Talk about a trust tumble! Sent my parcel, all good, but they marked a couple of items as "not received" when I know they were in there. Seriously makes you question their reliability. Not feeling too keen on using them again.

The app is user-friendly and
by stuart

The app is user-friendly and straightforward, making it a convenient choice. While it falls slightly short of a perfect rating due to a significant delay between the goods arriving and the payment being processed, I would still consider using it again. The redeeming factor is that they accepted CDs that were rejected by another well-known company. Overall, a positive experience that could be improved with more prompt payment processing.

Using Ziffit to get rid of books was
by Ceri

Using Ziffit to get rid of books was incredibly easy and quick - it took less than two weeks from scannning my books to receiving the agreed payment in my bank/paypal account. Ziffit don’t supply packaging but they do take care of all the postage costs. The parcel can be taken to a local collection point - of which there are loads - but I really like the fact that they can arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel from your home. You receive a notification email at each stage so you are kept informed. The only downside is secondhand books are usually not worth much anymore so don’t be surprised if you only get offered a few pennies for a book. Even so, I found Ziffit offered the best prices as well as the best selling experience.

My house was being overrun
by The Bear

My house was being overrun with books due to my being a voracious reader. I buy pre-loved books, or as I like to call them, books with experience, from WOB so I thought it would be a good idea to pass on some of my books to them via Ziffit. The process was very simple: scan the barcode on the book, agree to pass the book on, and accept the sum offered. Then, pack the books up and wait for the courier to pick them up. This is the second time I have used Ziffit, and I am very pleased with the service. It couldn't be easier or simpler.

Okay so I had a pretty crappy
by Morey K

Okay so I had a pretty crappy experience with these guys. I put a bunch of stuff up for sale and someone actually bought it, score! But then when I went to drop it off, the courier only took one of the boxes, even though I used two smaller ones. Like, what? So either the courier chucked the other box or someone's lying about it. And when I complained, they were all like "you can only use one box, we're not paying for two" and only gave me eight pounds instead of the full twenty. Like, that's some bull. Those were some good books and DVDs, some of them were even still in the plastic. I bet they're gonna sell it all and make a fortune. Or maybe they'll send my bigger box back so I can try again with a different code.

freakin' awesome!
by Kie F

freakin' awesome! I shipped a bunch of paperback books without any hassle and got paid in just 10 days. They even kept me in the loop with updates on when they received the books and wen the moola was deposited in my bank account. Total 10/10
