Dude, I am beyond pissed off

Dude, I am beyond pissed off with them. I bought some stuff from them and they straight up charged me custom duty without even telling me beforehand. And that ain't even the worst part. They charged someone else's customs duty to my account! Like what the heck?! And when I tried to reach out to their supposed "customer service", no one even bothered to respond. And now, I had to pay an additional £12.91 because these guys threatened to mess up my credit. This is ridiculous man.
