I had a reconditioned scooter from meh.com, initially attracted by the seemingly reasonable price and my past positive experiences with reconditioned items from them. However, my enthusiasm waned upon receiving a disappointingly filthy scooter that appeared far from reconditioned. Subsequent disappointment arose when the defective scooter struggled on even slight inclines. Although faced with a frustrating $200 return shipping cost, Ashley from customer service did eventually offer a solution by generating a shipping label, which saved the day. Despite my initial inclination to cancel my membership, the customer service ultimately proved commendable.

I've been a member since 2015 and frequently ordered from this company. Recently, I purchased a three-piece luggage set, and the middle-sized suitcase's wheel broke on its first use. The second wheel came off during my return flight, and the entire mechanism fell apart. Despite reaching out, their response was inflexible, citing the expired 90-day warranty. Requesting a replacement, not a refund, was met with denial. Their customer service simply reiterated the warranty limitation, ignoring the practicality of travel anticipation. With numerous alternatives available, this lack of consideration led me to reconsider my membership.

Ordered 2 initial necklaces in silverplate. Finally got them after waiting a while. Discovered one chain had a 2-inch uncoated section. Informed them, asked for a replacement. Dealt with a lengthy process of sending pictures and after all the back-and-forth, they said it's out of stock, offering a refund for just one. Now, one initial pendant has no chain. Won't consider ordering from them again. Amazon is a much better option.
