I am absolutely appalled by the unscrupulous actions of this company. I recently discovered that they shamelessly appropriated a photo of mine from Twitter and shamefully used it to promote their website. As someone employed at an embroidery shop, I had a unique and special creation made for myself, only to find out that this company is deceitfully presenting it as their own. The blatant theft of my personal photo not only violates my privacy but also reflects a complete lack of integrity on the part of this company. It's disheartening to see such unethical behavior in the business world, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with a company that resorts to such underhanded tactics. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this warning with others to ensure they are aware of the dishonest practices employed by this company.

I recently purchased a "limited time only" item from this company with the intention of gifting it for Christmas. Regrettably, the parcel was stolen upon delivery at my end. Eager to resolve the situation, I promptly emailed the company, expressing my interest in repurchasing the item. I want to emphasize that I neither requested a replacement nor placed any blame on the company for the unfortunate theft. My only intention was to inquire about the possibility of acquiring the item once more. Disappointingly, I never received a response from the company. This lack of communication struck me as remarkably unprofessional, and it left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall customer experience.

I own a Shopify store. When I received the clothing, I could see they put a lot of effort into marketing because I was definitely drawn in. However, the quality of the shirts isn't up to par in my opinion. I've tried Broken Arrow, RushOrder Tees, and others, and they're much better. It seems this company is cutting corners on materials while still charging half the price for inventory. So, if you're considering a Shopify store, I'd advise against using this company. It doesn't seem like they have any plans to improve their quality. And let me tell you, the hoodies are just not good at all. It was a real letdown for me.

I'm having a bad experience! I ordered a T-shirt on June 8th. After three weeks, I asked about the order’s status to my parent's house. From then on, I didn’t get any help from them. They claimed it was delivered, but it wasn’t. I've asked them to check with their shipping company (DHL) and provide all records, but they haven’t done that. They told me to contact DHL myself, UNBELIEVABLE!! I tried reaching DHL, but their ROBOT REP needs a shipping number I don’t have; Viralstyle does. My advice is to avoid this company; they’re not trustworthy.

After 8 long weeks of waiting, I finally received my refund last week on February 7. It took a lot of effort on my part to constantly reach out to Viralstyle and I even got to a point where I felt like they were tired of hearing from me. In my previous emails, I mentioned how others warned me about not expecting much from Viralstyle. Despite all this, I did appreciate getting my refund and feeling like my time was well spent in the end. I just hope that they take this feedback seriously and treat their customers better in the future.

What a Crappy Store!

The T-shirt I ordered didn't arrive on time, but when it did I was very disappointed with the quality. The printing was a faded white (not like in the company picture) and also appears smaller. I wrote customer service about returning it and after several days, was told all sales were final unless it was defective. (Does poor quality count as defective?) I went back to the website to see where it said that all sales were final, but couldn't find that information. My fault for not checking the reviews. Buyers beware!!

What happened now? Asking this shouldn't be a norm for any company. It implies problems from before, which isn't good. I bought four t-shirts, paid $114.01, got two. One was wrong size. Where are the rest? No one replied to my emails about this. How to make it better? They need to listen to customers and fix issues. No replies to emails is bad. They should have real people to talk to. They take money fast, then vanish. I tried to be honest here. If you know how to reach them, please tell me.

I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of a T-shirt I ordered for my son, but unfortunately, UPS seems to be unable to recognize the tracking number associated with my shipment. In hindsight, I really wish I had taken the time to go through the reviews before placing my order. What adds to my frustration is that this T-shirt wasn't exactly a budget-friendly purchase. Feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience.

I ordered on 3/17 & they printed one item wrong. I told them & asked for a replacement. It's 5/3 & still no order. Jade in Support gave many excuses, I asked for a manager, she said no. My last 4 emails got no reply. My item was $45 incl. taxes & shipping. I just want my item, this company should close if they act like this in 2024. I can't even begin to describe, this place is literally the absolute worst.

This company is a ripoff. They use stall tactics and vague shipment updates to buy time, probably to cover up for selling low-quality products from China. Don't waste your money here. It's clear Elon Musk struggles to attract reputable advertisers to his platform "Twixtter," leading to shady businesses like this. They're nothing but thieves.

I had to rate them 1* since 0 isn't an option. I ordered some t-shirts and wanted to cancel because they looked cheap up close. No reply to my cancellation request. The shirts arrived and are awful, like a blast from the 70s. The plastic print is really bad. No order confirmation email, just a PayPal notice of payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I suspect this might be a scam. I bought a Dodgers hat in June and got no updates. I emailed several times for order info. Eventually, it showed as shipped, but USPS tracking just says the label was created and they're waiting for the hat. No response to my emails. I’m now figuring out how to report this to the authorities.

I was really looking forward to receiving my two t-shirts with the same logo and supposed to be the same color. Unfortunately, the vibrant red I ordered came in a faded orange shade. The color was a big deal for me as I really liked the bright red. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm disappointed, but I'll manage with it.

The worst experience ever. They openly copy designs from other shops and slap them on cheap t-shirts. They then offer these at lower prices than the original stores. They lack any sense of honesty or originality. It’s surprising they haven't faced legal action and are still in business. STAY AWAY!

Awful Company! Save your cash! They peddle shoddy merchandise and stick you with the return tab! I coughed up 15.00 bucks sending back a hoodie with a picture of Jason and Kelse that resembled abstract art. Highly unsatisfying, and even Paypal left me hanging without support.

Bought a T-shirt from them that was advertised at $38. At checkout, it was suddenly $50. I was shocked - they snuck the shipping in without the opportunity to confirm. It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered it and it sill hasn't arrived. Will never buy from them again.

I would give them no stars if I could. I never got my item and sent them many messages. PayPal had to step in and I got my money back.
