I bought a jersey on November 20th for an important game, but it didn’t get here when it was supposed to. It was meant to be a present for my son, so I was pretty disappointed. After waiting a long time for emails, Barak, the founder, got involved, apologized, and sent a free hat with the order. Even though the jersey came after Christmas, my son still loved it. I get that companies can face problems during busy seasons and errors happen, but their attempt to fix it changed my view on them.
