About a year ago, I decided to try Baerskin Tactical's products. I often find it hard to get clothes online that fit right, and this was true here too. But, Baerskin Tactical made the return process easy. Their customer service has always been great. Not many people around here know about the brand, so I often get questions about it. I always recommend your fleece jackets and waterproof coats for the cold and rainy weather we get. The quality and toughness of my purchases are really good. I’m always checking your website to see new items. I’ll keep being a loyal customer!

I recently got the bearskin sweater 4.0 and I must say, I’m really happy with it. The material feels great and the fit is just right - not too tight, not too loose. The design is also cool and stylish, and it really stands out in my collection. The sweater keeps me warm and comfy, which is great for colder days. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, and the product is really good! This hoodie is light, but keeps me warm and allows my skin to breathe! It fits well thanks to its great design and adjustability. It’s stylish and useful in every way! Plenty of hidden pockets for safety. Got mine on Sale, and it’s totally worth the price. I might get another one as a backup! I recommend this hoodie to all!!

The products are great.

The products are great. Really good quality. I ordered three but got only two. They quickly fixed the mistake though. Shipping does take some time, but it's not too bad considering where they ship from.

Bearskin hoodie just ok

This hoodie is not far superior to my regular hoodies, especially to justify the price. The advertising badly over-hyped its warmth. The back of the neck is loose so there is a draft there if the hood is not up. I had to re-glue the rubber bit on the wrist after a week. I think the shoulder patch velcro thingies, for accessorizing, are kind of dorky. Like a 10-yr-old girl does with Crocs. Overall it's ok, but not great enough to re-order.

Really like to look of the 340 gm sweater.

I bought a 340 gm sweater about a year ago in November 2024. Delivery was promised in 10 business days, but it took a number of texts and emails, to get it delivered in February 2025. I was told I would get something for the inconvenience, but there was nothing. I like the look of the product, when it did arrive, but the advertising of its effectiveness just doesn't match with reality. In my experience, the sweater doesn't reflect or stop cooler air and I found that I have to wear a wind screen type jacket to stay warm. I do like the feeling of the sweater and it does look good, but it doesn't live up to the advertising.

I can't rate the jacket because it won't show up.

We ordered my jacket back in December and it has yet to arrive as of 1/25/25. I can't track it because the number they gave me is 3 digits too long and when I plug the number in it can't do anything. When I finally got to a location where I could see the tracking it hasn't even moved in 5 days and it's still in China. Oh well, a $100 sweatshirt lost in. space.

What Hoodie

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Zero updates unless I have requested them. Then the updates only say it is in process. You cannot talk to a person, you can only leave a voicemail. Guess what, they never return the call. On-line system to cancel the orders will not process the request, you are sent to another form. Custome service is worthless.
