Just not happy with the company's
by Anonymous

Just not happy with the company's service. I sent a bag for quality control in France, and when the buyer canceled the sale after two days, I decided to retrieve my bag. To my surprise, I had to pay 77 fr. After contacting the Tax bureau and sending an email, I found out that Vestiare failed to fill out the necessary return documents. They even sent me an invoice, which was higher (670 fr) than the price I intended to sell the bag for. Despite having all the documents, I didn't receive a satisfactory solution from Vestiare. I plan to report them to the police this week.

Encountered numerous time-wasting
by Sue

Encountered numerous time-wasting issues on this platform. Accepted offers, but disappointingly, transactions fell through without payment. Displeased with the lack of follow-through. In contrast to other platforms, this problem is unique to VC, indicating potential operational shortcomings. Improvement is needed to address these payment-related inconsistencies.

Encountering issues on the website
by Violet

Encountering issues on the website as the chat was inadvertently left open, hindering resolution. The seller claims the item is dispatched, yet Vestaire's tracking is inconclusive. Lack of authorization from Vestaire and an inability to contact the seller intensify the predicament. Urgent intervention is required to address and rectify this situation promptly.

Dealing with their Customer Service
by Nic

Dealing with their Customer Service is a nightmare. Recently sold trousers and faced issues with their system not updating the shipping status promptly. Despite my item being shipped, they canceled the sale. The Customer Service responses were bizarre, resembling automated bots rather than real people. The hassle and high seller fees make it not worth the trouble. Removing my other listings and won't be returning.

Discovering this site initially sparked
by Alicia

Discovering this site initially sparked my interest, offering a chance to snag missed items at reasonable prices. However, my experience quickly soured. Sales were abruptly canceled without explanation, and a purchased Versace item turned out to be a fake. Confusing communication ensued, and attempts to resell items were met with rejection and unexplained refusals. Even after reporting a fake item, it reappeared in listings. Trust in this platform eroded, and I've withdrawn all items for sale, vowing never to return. Despite polite customer service, the overall inconsistency and questionable practices leave much to be desired.

I've been a customer for three years
by MK

I've been a customer for three years, but my experience has been disappointing. Initially, I received a fake item and encountered unhelpful customer service. Recently, suspicions arose about the authenticity of a purchased item. Despite providing evidence, the support team was uncooperative, refusing to cancel my order or provide a means for a formal complaint. With the impending automatic cancellation on day 7, the seller also resisted my request. The service lacks reliability, and the authentication process is prolonged. Compared to eBay, this platform falls short in customer service and protection against fake items. I won't be using this service again.

Extremely disappointed with Vestiaire's
by Agnieszka

Extremely disappointed with Vestiaire's customer service. My item has been stuck in the importing country for 3 weeks. Vestiaire provided zero assistance and instructed me to contact DHL myself. DHL Express revealed that Vestiaire, as the account holder, needs to intervene. Urgent confirmation is required to address the power of attorney for the high-value item. Despite providing evidence of sending it, Vestiaire's lack of proactive support is frustrating and leaves me uncertain about the resolution process.

I recently bought a Chanel travel
by Camelia

I recently bought a Chanel travel bag with the reference number 8264420 from this platform. However, I had a change of heart and decided to relist the item under the new reference 33665809, and it eventually got sold. The issue arose when the VC control team rejected the article, despite the fact that it still had its control tag hanging. It's perplexing to me why the control was approved when I initially purchased it, only to be rejected now. I am in need of a resolution to this matter, and unfortunately, the chat help has not been able to provide a satisfactory solution. It's frustrating when you encounter these kinds of inconsistencies, and I hope the company can address and rectify this situation promptly.

I am extremely disappointed with
by Maria Claire

I am extremely disappointed with Vestiaire Collective's handling of my recent sale. Despite the fact that the item was meticulously checked and validated by two witnesses in my home, the company abruptly canceled the sale, claiming that the item was not defective. I strongly suspect that an irresponsible and uneducated individual tampered with the package, causing damage to the item. To emphasize my commitment to transparency, I consistently provided photographic evidence of the item's condition before each shipment. Unfortunately, it appears that even with such precautions, trust in this company is misplaced. In my previous transactions involving direct shipping, I experienced smooth processes and received numerous compliments from satisfied buyers. However, it is disheartening to note that with every sale through Vestiaire Collective, they seem to scrutinize the item excessively, searching for any minor flaw or discrepancy, even when clearly described in the product description. This pattern of behavior results in the cancellation of sales and tarnishes my reputation as a seller. Adding to the frustration, Vestiaire Collective deleted the canceled sale from my sales history, making it impossible for me to obtain a reference number. Such practices only reinforce my concerns about the company's reliability and integrity. It is truly disconcerting that a platform meant for seamless fashion transactions has become a source of stress and distrust.

Authentication at this center is absolutely
by Lee

Authentication at this center is absolutely laughable. Recently, a pair of Loro Piana shoes purchased from the official store in Spain was inexplicably rejected. Dealing with the arrogance and unprofessionalism of this company has exhausted my patience. I'm swiftly closing my account; this circus deserves nothing but a boycott!
