Shipping occasionally takes a bit longer than desired, yet despite that, I've been an online shopper with them for quite a few years, and overall, my experiences have been positive. I've processed returns in-store, and the whole procedure went without a hitch.

I ordered a sweatshirt and received the incorrect one twice. Despite requesting a discount and a free return label for the second order, they charged me for shipping on both returns in error. Customer service acknowledged the mistake but required a two-day process for refund requests. The discrepancy between the estimated and actual refunds added to the dissatisfaction. The provision of two free shipping return labels felt misleading, as I ended up being charged for both in the refunds. The experience left a negative impression of the company's integrity and service.

My experience with this company has been marred by dishonesty regarding shipping dates. Despite receiving an email confirming my order shipped on Jan 11 with an estimated delivery of Jan 17, it didn't actually ship until Jan 16. This misleading information is unacceptable. When I reached out to customer support, instead of addressing the issue, they shifted the blame onto me. This lack of accountability and transparency is disappointing. Customers deserve accurate information and honest communication. It's concerning that a company would resort to such tactics, eroding trust and loyalty. Moving forward, I hope they prioritize transparency and integrity in their dealings with customers.
