I placed an order on March 11th, 2024. I attempted to track my order, and after some effort, I saw that it arrived at the post office yesterday. However, today there's no further update. I simply want my order as I've already paid for it. If there's no response, I expect a full refund. It shouldn't be difficult.

After reaching out, I was informed of a delay due to the dresses being custom-made for quality assurance. While their website did mention a 20-business-day shipping window, the lack of transparency was frustrating. It's disappointing that it took nearly three weeks to receive a response to my inquiry. Considering the extended delay, I'm contemplating escalating the issue to PayPal for a refund if the deadline isn't met. This experience has left me hesitant to shop with them again.

I ordered two outfits for a special event

I ordered two outfits for a special event, but they didn't show up. I reordered them because it was very important. Still, they never arrived, so I bought from another company. Now, I’m being charged $207.94 for items I never got. This is dishonest and I won't use this company again. Their solution is to keep charging me for things I never received. There's no phone number to contact anyone. Terrible customer service, and I plan to report this to the Better Buisness Bureau and the Attorney General. I've reached out for a refund, but they’re not helping at all! I didn't get anything, so I shouldn't be billed.

It was made of a single layer stretch fabric with sleeves that were completely dissimilar. The quality of the printing was poor, resembling cheap-looking flowers compared to the advertised photos. The discrepancy between the product and its depiction on the website was disappointing.

Absolutely the worst.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a dress, was supposed to be tea length, but it isn't—it is floor length. Material is thin like a nightgown. Tried to return—what a joke! They offered me $16 to keep it. When I declined, they sent the return address with all these rules to follow to send it back and pictures they need taken. I believe they fit the scam profile. People beware.

The packaging was quite notable. It came in a strong, well-sealed box, making sure it stayed safe during delivery. I appreciated the tidy and organized presentation - obviously, a lot of care was taken in packing. Though it took around 2 weeks for the dress to get here, the attention to packaging made the wait worth it.

I ordered few dresses for gala and daughter's wedding. The purple dress looks different than the picture. No reply from support. Ordered again, said delivered but not. Ordered again. Quality good, size correct but worried now. Sent email and pics to complaint email for response.
