The Natl Park Candles is a great find

The Natl Park Candles is a great find. I got the Acacia scent since I visited there. Sadly, the can wasn't packed well and has a ugly dent. It smells nice though.

Everyone at Huckberry is really great. Samantha helped me out better than any customer rep ever! She was super efficient. She was patient, thorough, and really kind. I really appreciate that stuff, and anyone who values the amazing experience of dealing with real people will see why Samantha is a total pro.

I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to trying out Huckberry, especially their 10-year hoodies. I've got some stuff from American Giant, but I wanted to give Huckberry's Flint and Tinder Hoodie a shot, especially after hearing good things on YouTube. They had a Black Friday sale this year, and even had a waffle lined version! I was thrilled! Unfortunately, they were out of the lined one in my size (S), so I ordered a regular black one for myself. They did have the lined version in grey (M), so I got that for my partner. When the package arrived, I was eager to open it, but it turned out they sent two regular hoodies instead of the lined one. It's a bit annoying, but mistakes happen. I called Huckberry, and they said they'd give me a $20 credit and send a return label. However, I never got either. The real disappointment came when the lined hoodie in (M) went out of stock. I was told to wait for it to restock and buy it at full price, but it hasn't come back in stock yet. I've called and left messages multiple times, but haven't gotten a response. It's frustrating because it's already December, and I wanted to sort this out before Christmas. It feels like Huckberry might be struggling with their orders. You'd think picking the right item off the shelf would be simple, especially with SKU numbers. Plus, the hoodies aren't anything exceptional; they're just cotton/poly blends. They have some nice features, like YKK zippers and branded details, but they're not as good as the ones from American Giant. And for the price, you'd expect better. I've seen similar hoodies at Walmart for way less. Huckberry needs to step up their game.

I had purchased my first pair of Astorflex boot at Huckberry. Quality and workmanship was outstanding! 2 weeks go by, and I needed to buy another pair of boots for dad. Back to Huckberry of course. I then had a little hiccup on my 2nd order. Emailed, and a Huckberry representative by the name of Hazel, offered outstanding customer service. They value their customers and that made Huckberry the only store I go to for all my premium boots.

I recently bought my first pair of Astorflex boots from Huckberry. The quality and workmanship were impressive. A couple of weeks later, I needed to get another pair for my dad, so naturally, I returned to Huckberry. However, I encountered a minor issue with my second order. I reached out via email, and a Huckberry representative named Hazel provided excellent customer service. The dedication to customer satisfaction is notable, making Huckberry my go-to store for all premium boot purchases.

I got a James Brand kline and a Leatherman

I got a James Brand kline and a Leatherman Wave from this company. They arrived in a "Used" state, which I didn't expect when paying the full retail price. I sent the knife back to James Brand, as they requested, and they're sending a "New" replacement. When I contacted Huckberry about the condition, they simply apologized for the damage, asking for photos without acknowledging that they sent me used items. Be cautious about getting charged the full price for used or returned items.
