My experience with this company's customer service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a cap and paid a hefty 15 euros for delivery, only to receive it poorly packaged and flattened. Despite returning the item, I never received a refund. Overall, I would strongly caution against purchasing from this site due to their lackluster customer service and failure to fulfill refund obligations.
