Ordered pants for the first time

Ordered pants for the first time. Got them with a broken zipper. Talked to customer service and Rassel fixed it quickly. They're sending me a new pair for free and I don't have to send back the broken one. I'm from Latvia, so sending it back would be expensive. Other stuff I got was good quality, so I'll order again. The main thing is how they deal with problems.

I received the wrong loungewear from this company, and when I reached out to rectify the mistake, they insisted I return the incorrect item. Unfortunately, due to impending travel plans, I couldn't comply with their request. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. I have no intention of ordering from them again and would caution others against doing so. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating encounter with their customer service.
