    Even though I found the product I wanted online, I like shopping in person to check the quality and size. The staff in the store were very nice, and I got to try on the only colour available, which I later ordered online in the right colour and size. They emailed me the delivery info ahead of time, and it came quickly thanks to the delivery service they use.

    Ordered 2 lovely shirts that were set to arrive on Wednesday. Following the tracking, I got quite eager! Then noticed Royal Mail sent them back to the sender! I'm quite disappointed with this service. I contacted customer service, and Jasmine answered. She was super helpful and reordered my shirts, which arrived the next day. However, you charged me for the return postage! Royal Mail should cover this since I didn't return them.

    Why didn't I find out about Roman sooner?

    Why didn't I find out about Roman sooner? I just found them this summer and the clothes are fantastic. I'm a size 20 and enjoy vibrant shades, so Roman’s selection is ideal for me. No boring colors here! I’m so happy I found them. Sale prices are great and delivery is fast too.

    I got 4 pants for work from Roman and they came super fast. Ordered Thursday, got them Saturday! All 4 fit well, nice fabric, and look good. Prices are fair too (check for coupons online). Will buy again for sure!

    I wanted a white bolero for a wedding

    I wanted a white bolero for a wedding, but could only find ivory. However, I finally opted for a jacket which was colored ivory but it was quite white. A bit disappointed but will make a nice summer jacket with trousers. Couldn't find pale blue either. Very happy with quality.
