Ordered 2 lovely shirts that were set to arrive on Wednesday. Following the tracking, I got quite eager! Then noticed Royal Mail sent them back to the sender! I'm quite disappointed with this service. I contacted customer service, and Jasmine answered. She was super helpful and reordered my shirts, which arrived the next day. However, you charged me for the return postage! Royal Mail should cover this since I didn't return them.
