    I contacted support about a return label and inconsistent sizing. Response came, but only after a day, and the first reply felt canned. The second agent was clearer and walked me through the return window, which helped. Refund excluding original shipping was noted, just not obvious at first glance. My questions were answered eventually, but I wanted faster, more direct guidance. Decent experience, not great. I’d still buy again, just size more carefully.
