Mixed Feelings: Great Shirt, Poor Transparency

Man, I gotta tell you about my experience. So, I was trying to get some info on this extended catalog of products you guys supposedly have. But getting a straight answer? Impossible. Why not just put your policy out there, on the website, clear as day? Instead, first your AI tells me the catalog doesn't exist. Then, after I keep asking, your support team says it does exist, but I don't qualify to see it. Seriously, just be upfront about it. The whole secretive vibe made me check out other platforms, and I've gotta say, it kinda shook my trust in you guys. And then, my shirt didn't show up on time. Another bummer. But when it finally did arrive, wow, it looked fantastic. Made me proud to partner with your company. So, major props for the quality of the shirts and merchandise. But please, fix the communication about the extended catalog and who gets access.

I ordered three shirts from the same place

I ordered three shirts from the same place (Items A, B, & C). Realized later I chose the wrong one for the last one. I reached out to customer service and explained. They said okay, they'd cancel it, and I could reorder. So I did, with the right item (Items A, B, & D). A week later, I got two of item B. I was confused, so checked the site. My order history showed they were all separate orders. Item C was refunded, but now I had two As, two Bs, and one D, each full price with full shipping, all "processing". Contacted customer service again, but they said it was too late, as they print each one individually, so no returns. If they'd just done what they said, this wouldn't have happened. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. There are cheaper places where I can customize shirts and mugs and donate what I save to the cause I want.

Misleading Colors and Poor Quality Control

I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. It seems like customer service is non-existent. The graphic and the fabric's color on the shirt I ordered were almost the same, making it look all wrong. Anyone could've seen that, but they shipped it anyway. I get that they keep prices low by skipping on quality control, but if that's their thing, they should at least remove color options that clash with the graphics. The online picture made it look like the graphic would stand out, but it didn't at all. This seems to be a common problem, as the return/refund section of their website even has a default option for "fabric and graphic are too similar in color." So, clearly, they know about it but aren't fixing it.

Amazing Service and Fantastic Selection

Went to this clothing store the other day and it was awesome. The folks working there were super nice and really paid attention to what I needed. Everything in the store was laid out so neatly, it made looking through all the different sections a breeze. They had an amazing range of clothes, like seriously, something for every style and event. The fitting rooms were spotless and roomy, and the staff even gave me some great tips on matching outfits. Left the place totally happy with my buys and the service was top-notch.

Ordered a T-shirt from the UK, and gotta say, the price was quite a shocker for just a basic tee! It took its sweet time getting here, and when I finally ripped open the package, I was kinda bummed about the thin fabric. I mean, for that kind of money, you'd expect something sturdier, right? But then I put it on and oh boy, it was like magic. Super soft, not see-through at all, and the fit? Absolutely perfect! So yeah, I'm happy with it, even though it did burn a hole in my pocket. Thanks!

Man, I gotta tell ya about Bonfire. It's this awesome spot where you can get unique merch and also lend a hand to families who need some help with fundraising. I put in this massive order and, dude, everything turned out spot on from start to finish. The stuff came in just as we hoped, no hiccups or anything. I’m for sure gonna buy from them again and think of them first when it comes to raising funds.

Great Shirt, But Delivery Took Ages

Man, the T-shirt's quality is solid. But geez, Bonfire took forever to deliver it—over five weeks, can you believe that? When I finally reached out to customer service, the lady who answered was actually super helpful. She told me there were some printing issues and even took off the shipping charges for me. Still, I really wish the folks at Bonfire had let me know about the delay way sooner.

Gray Surprise, Fingers Crossed for Fit!

Just got this shirt, and it looks pretty nice. Threw it in the wash, so can't really say much about the fit yet. The only letdown here is probably on me. Somehow ended up with a gray T-shirt, which I don't remember choosing. Must've been tired or something and clicked the wrong color. Oh well, fingers crossed it fits well!

However, the one I got had text that was barely readable because the color of the text was too similar to the shirt itself. Props to Bonfire for offering to replace it though. Fingers crossed the new one is more readable!
