Ordered 3 sweatshirts during the sale for a holiday. Paid extra for express delivery so they'd get here on time. Nothing showed up so I rang 'customer service' to find out what happened. Honestly, it was like speaking to a brick wall. The person I spoke to had no clue, couldn't explain why they hadn’t arrived, or when they might arrive, had to check with their 'supervisor' and just kept saying it’s very odd! Very odd indeed! I asked for a refund of my express delivery cost which she said would appear in 5 days. Still nada! I would definetely avoid this company in the future. A week later I still have no sweatshirts or refund! Thinking of filing a complaint with the ombudsman.
