I bought an expensive tent in March 2025 but did not use it until October 2025. I know I should have checked it when I bought it but I forgot. On first use I noticed that a fastener on the flysheet was damaged and one of the door zips was not lined up properly. I sent an email with pictures to EMS and then called them. They spoke with the manufacturer and in less than a week a replacement flysheet arrived. No stress, no delay, just politeness, professionalism and fast service. I would happily recommend this company and have complete confidence buying from them again in the future.
