    I ordered this anniversary blanket for my husband's birthday back in September. The blanket arrived but it wasn’t the right one. So, I emailed the company asking what to do next. They replied saying the correct blanket was on its way. That was back on September 24, 2024. It’s been weeks, and I still haven't received the right blanket. Meanwhile, the wrong blanket is just sitting here, and I don’t know what to do with it. Feeling kinda frustrated with the whole situation, wish it got sorted quicker.

    They brought my order on time, but they didn’t tell me I would have to pay extra GST from my own pocket. This should have been mentioned when I bought it.

    I really like Uniqlo's clothes, and the store shopping is fine. But I want to talk about their online shopping because it needs some attention. Their website is badly made, and it makes shopping online very difficult. I've tried a few times over the past months, but I just stop because it's so confusing. I didn’t bother going to the store after giving up online, so they're missing out on sales!
