    I had a bit of a mixed experience with Allconnect recently. I was told about an optional fee that seemed like it might become mandatory down the line, which was a bit confusing. Plus, I found a service on their website that the representative couldn’t see in their system. It was odd because when I called back later, another rep was able to provide that option. The first representative seemed more focused on getting me to order over the phone, even though there was clearly a disconnect between their system and the website. Still, they did a good job of explaining the services Spectrum offered. Overall, it was a bit frustrating but not entirely bad.

    When I reached out to discuss ordering, Tyler was super helpful and answered every question I had. Seriously, this company is top-notch. Their service is genuinely unlimited, and their support team is always ready to assist if you encounter any issues. The longest I’ve waited for a response or reconnection is about 5 minutes, which is impressive. Living in a rural area, my cell service isn't great, so I do lose connection sometimes. But, whenever that happens, a quick chat with their team and I'm back online in just 15-20 minutes. They truly make sure everything runs smoothly, even out here in the sticks.

I felt like I had a real connection with someone who genuinely cared about my experience. It's rare to find such dedication and attention these days. It's refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction like this.
