⚠️ WARNING – EXERCISE CAUTION BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to do thorough research before buying from this company.
I purchased several rugs costing over £150. When they arrived, they had been folded into a box and were of very poor quality, falling well below my expectations.
When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was repeatedly offered discounts and incentives to keep the items. However, as I was dissatisfied with the quality, I insisted on a full refund.
It was only at this stage that I discovered that, despite operating under a .co.uk website, the company is based overseas. I was informed that the rugs would need to be returned to Switzerland at my own expense, which was very costly. Nevertheless, because the products were unsuitable and of poor quality, I proceeded with the return.
The situation then became even more frustrating when the company refused delivery of the returned parcel on three separate occasions. As a result, I was forced to submit a chargeback claim through my bank, a process which can take several weeks to resolve.
Subsequently, I unexpectedly received an email from the company stating that the returned goods had been received and that my refund would be processed within three working days. Since then, I have contacted the company several times by both email and telephone and have repeatedly been assured that the refund is being processed and will be received within three working days.
Unfortunately, several weeks have now passed and I am still awaiting my refund.
My advice to anyone considering a purchase from this company is to proceed with extreme caution. Be sure to check where the company is actually based, understand the return requirements, and consider the potential costs and difficulties involved if you need to return an item.
