I had a pretty rough experience with Arrow Lift. Their technician came over to fix my residential elevator, but somehow left it worse than before. Now, one of the doors is stuck shut, which is a huge problem for accessibility. You’d think they’d rush to fix their mistake, but nope—it’s taking them three whole days to come back. Meanwhile, the door’s still locked, and I'm stuck dealing with the mess.
Trying to get help from their customer service has been a nightmare. Every person I talked to acted like it wasn’t their problem, and Kelsey, the manager, was especially rude. She really shouldn’t be talking to customers like that, especially when they’re the ones who messed up. If you need any accessibility equipment, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Arrow Lift just doesn’t seem to care.
