Ordered a customized metal music wall art on 1/25/24 with a promised Valentine's Day delivery by 2/12/24. Unfortunately, as of 2/12/24, the order is still in the making, and after persistent inquiries, I was informed on 2/14/24 that there was confusion with the inscription, necessitating a remake. Despite the inconvenience of a $150 order placed over three weeks ago, the company couldn't provide an estimated ship date and offered no compensation. Considering these issues, there's a genuine concern about the legitimacy of this company.

Even though my order was already in progress, they understood my situation (my son-in-law ordered the same thing without me knowing!) and refunded me in full.
