Rendeltem egy konyhai csapot online. A rendelés feldolgozása és szállítása nagyon gyorsan ment, ahogy hirdették. Jó munka. Az ügyfélszolgálat nagyon gyorsan reagált, és azonnal elküldték a póttömítőgyűrűket. A vízvezeték-szerelő telepítése után még mindig szivárog.

Acht jaar geleden een bad gekocht. Twee jaar geleden omgebouwd naar douche over bad. Veel geld uitgegeven bij dit bedrijf. Originele bad was beschadigd door slechte verpakking. Klauwvoeten gleden rond in het bad. Het werd snel vervangen, maar ik moest het bad zelf wegdoen. Niet makkelijk. Sinds de ombouw naar douche over bad is de nieuwe omleidingsklep na iets meer dan een jaar kapot gegaan. Garantie was natuurlijk verlopen. Nieuwe klep gekocht. Geen installatie-instructies erbij, niet een onderdeel dat je makkelijk kunt verwijderen en juist installeren. Ik heb twee keer om de installatie-instructies gevraagd maar nog geen antwoord gekregen. Instructies, eerlijk gezegd, zijn niet de duidelijkste als je ze hebt.

Man, this whole faucet situation is testing my patience. I ordered a freestanding faucet, but it didn't come with the floor mount plate. So, I did the responsible thing and sent it back, expecting my account to be credited in 8-10 business days. The return got processed on 8/31, and now, it's been 10 business days, and I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for that credit to hit my account.

My tub shipment was late by nearly a month from the planned date, but aside from that, setting up the delivery went smoothly. The tub came with a bit of box damage, though it didn't affect the tub itself, and its quality matched what was shown on the site. I'd order again mainly because it's more affordable than other large stores.

The shipping time they promised was 5-10 days, but it took 15 days. When I called, they couldn't give me any information. After two more days, they said it would ship that day, which seemed coincidental. My order seemed forgotten. I give two stars because the product arrived safely, but it messed up my schedule.

The product arrived in excellent condition, neatly packed in its container. It looks fantastic in our bathroom. We haven't been able to use it yet as our remodeling project isn't finished. We're extremely satisfied with our purchase.

The bath I got didn't match the picture online. When I wanted to swap it, they ignored me. Won't shop here again. Signature Hardware is better at handling returns.

Affordable and it actually works as advertised. Looks like the other reviews weren't just blowing smoke. I'm one happy camper with my purchase!
