Your product is good, but your post-sale service needs improvement. Having a technical person respond sooner would have been better than waiting until all parts were in before contacting me. It felt like I wouldn’t hear back until you shipped a whole new tub. The receptionist did her job, though if you want unhappy customers, that’s one way to do it. On my second call, if she knew me and I wasn’t very polite, she should have escalated the request, but it’s your job to guide her on that. I spoke with my installer, who pointed out the ground fault switch in my closet, which fixed the issue. If your service process hadn't been so slow, we wouldn’t have been without our tub for over a week. You should improve your service response to match your product.

Beware of salesman Tyler Pardee and the deceptive practices at American Standard, Liberation, Safety Tubs. They took my $1400 deposit, then attempted to install a walk-in tub that wouldn't fit my bathroom. Despite my clear need for an inward-opening door due to my power wheelchair, the installers insisted on an outward-opening door. When I protested, they left, breaking the contract. King Chad Sparks refused to refund my deposit, claiming they were a shipping company. This orchestrated effort, led by Tyler and King Chad, felt like a calculated attempt to swindle me. Stay away from this company!

I ordered the walk-in shower

I ordered the walk-in shower. I called to cancel it today because I lost my job and was treated as if I was a criminal. They accused me of having it already installed. It wasn't even scheduled to be installed until November 3rd, 2023. What a crock. Wendy in the Finance Department was so rude to me. If I were not a Christian lady, I would have given her a piece of my mind. I was so upset from losing my job already. Then dealing with her was not pleasant either. Do not deal with these people. If you are elderly, they will lie about you. They did to me.

I must express my dissatisfaction

I must express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience with this company. Despite clear communication about wanting a shower in our tub, it was not delivered as promised. Two weeks post-installation, we received a package, possibly containing the missing shower components, but without installation instructions. Additionally, the hot water valve was incorrectly placed. It seems a lapse occurred in the process, and the company's post-payment customer care is lacking. This has left me feeling neglected and disappointed with the overall service.

We got a bath/shower combo that was unusable

We got a bath/shower combo that was unusable cuz water sprayed onto the floor no matter what we did. Jon Williams Jr. from American Standard fixed it with 12 month zero interest financing, which we used. We picked a low threshold stand alone shower (no tub) and are happy. The demo and install took 2 days and we're pleased with the process. Would recommend American Standard for bathroom redo.

Installation was fast, they cleaned up well. After a couple weeks, had a small issue but they fixed it quickly and properly.
