Ordered in Nov and then got bombarded with four emails in the next month all claiming "your order is on its way, give it 5-7 business days." Checked the tracking number, and the last update was like a month ago. Called up DHL, and they're clueless, can't figure out why it hasn't hit Canada yet. Shot an email to support, and their genius advice? "Just be patient." Finally, it showed up, and luckily it does the job on short-pile carpeting and tougher fabrics. But, note to self and others: tread carefully with delicate stuff.

I was unsure at first but decided to give it a try. They communicated well, shipped fast, and the product actually does what it claims. With three cats and carpeting throughout my home, I was surprised by how much dirt and hair this tool removed. It was pretty gross, but my floors now look like new.

Wowza, this company really wow'd me. Their product was a real game changer! I couldn't stop using it once I started. My carpet looks amazing now, surprisingly! I usually don't write reviews, but this one was worth it!

The customer support is wonderful! I contacted them after my cat damaged the hose on the grooming kit, and they were very nice and are sending me a new hose! Good products and nice staff!
