I placed an order for the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on November 24, 2023. Despite the anticipated delivery, the rug failed to arrive by December 20. In an effort to address the issue, I reached out to customer service via email. Their initial response directed me to a shipping timeline provided by "17Track," indicating that the item was supposedly delivered to my city on December 12, though no specific address was specified. Expressing my concern that I hadn't received the rug and highlighting the absence of any delivery evidence on my doorbell camera, I replied to their email. The subsequent response advised me to contact my "local carrier service," leaving me uncertain about the course of action. As a result, I find myself in a predicament, without the rug that was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.

Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe it when the quilt arrived with such a glaring mistake. Instead of SEABEES, it boldly proclaimed SEAREES! It was quite the head-scratcher, and I was initially taken aback. Fortunately, the gift was intended for a friend with an excellent sense of humor, and he took it in stride. Despite the misspelling mishap, the quality of the quilt itself was commendable, but it's hard to overlook such a fundamental error. While it did bring a good laugh, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed by the oversight. Nonetheless, the recipient's reaction turned what could have been a disaster into a memorable moment.

Ordered two months ago and still no product. It was supposed to be a gift but the date has already gone by. Couldn't get a reply on time. Emailed them a week ago and still nothing back. Feeling scammed and really mad and annoyed. Be cautious with this company. If my order doesn't arrive, I demand my $130.00 back. Finally got a reply.

DON'T ORDER FROM DREAMROOMA Ordered on July 25. Got email stating rug shipped Aug 1 w/ USPS tracking. Its now Aug 23 and Post Office is telling me package doesn't exist, anywhere. Tried contacting Dreamrooma. No response. I have learned that if a company doesn't take PayPal, it is likely a scam.
