I once asked if they could hook me up with a hard-to-get AI robot for my buddy, and bam, they found it, quoted a price, and took care of business! Need help with card messages? They got your back. Plus, if you're clueless about the address but know the digits, they'll deliver with just a phone number. Talk about service! Their ace in the hole? The people and their communication skills. The flowers were good, and I might use Cyber Florist again. I'd prefer a more traditional rose bouquet next time. There was a problem with the recipient's phone number, which delayed the delivery by about 6 hours. They emailed me three times before finally calling, which took too long. They should call or text immediately when there's an issue. I don't check my email often. The flowers were fresh and looked perfect. The vase had a nice red velvety finish matching the rose petals. I'm not a fan of trimming rose stems; I asked for long-stem roses in an email, but I'm not sure if they got it since it might be a "do not reply" email. They should let customers reply easily. Offering a discount code for feedback is a nice touch.

So, get this – I ordered flowers for my lady in the USA, but they were supposed to land in Hong Kong. On the morning of delivery, the address decided to play musical chairs. Quick call to the flower hotline, and they told me to just jump into my account and tweak the address. Easy peasy, right? Did that, got a reassuring message saying all's good. Next thing I know, my lady's got her first-ever bouquet, and she's over the moon. Mission success!

The greeting card came in a separate delivery, and the wine, candies, and a small ceramic vase arrived with a third delivery. But, bummer alert, no picture was taken—neither with the person getting the flowers nor a shot of the place. At least the flowers made it there speedy, but missing out on the picture kinda took away the special touch. They gotta step up their snap game for those memorable moments, you feel me?

Ordered 2 flower sets; one arrived fine, but the other was dead. Both wilted within 3 days. Spent $170 for a short-lived experience. The photo displayed only the alive side, concealing the dead part. It seems someone hastily picked and delivered cheap, half-dead flowers, which promptly perished despite a favorable environment. Won't be returning.

The websit was really easy to use. I sent my girlfriend in Russia flowers and gifts. Somehow her zip code got deleted when I placed the order. I messaged the websit and they added her zip code to the order. Great customer service and easy payment options. Flowers were delivered on-time and look fantastic.

Also, the delivery didn't quite match the picture they showed. It was missing the greenery around the flowers that initially caught my eye.
