Well, this company really disappointed me. I had to waste both my time and money dealing with them. They don't even bother replying to emails about missing parts in the fixtures they sell. It's just not acceptable to sell incomplete fixtures. As an electrical contractor, I need reliability, and this lack of responsiveness makes me question their credibility. I'll definitely be looking for another vendor.

Can you believe it? I called to cancel my order before they even slapped a tracking number on it, and now they're hitting me with shipping charges to send it back. Talk about adding insult to injury! Not the smoothest ride with this company, that's for sure. Hope they sort this out because paying to undo a mistake feels like a rip-off.
