major letdown! 😞 Been a loyal Sleep Number customer for years, but their customer service for returns is just a headache. Grabbed a $400+ spare part, turns out it's a no-go, and they won't budge on the return. Even tried escalating, but the supervisor slammed the door shut. No mention of this non-return policy anywhere when I bought the thing. Having to sift through warranty disclaimers for return info? Not cool. Planning to upgrade beds, but this fiasco might just steer me elsewhere. Bummer!

The company's customer service is really good! Whenever I've interacted with their staff in-store or over the phone, I've always been happy with the service. Recently, I had to get a replacement part. I began by using the chat feature in the app and got connected to someone who quickly sent out the replacement. The help videos in the app made it really simple for me to replace the part on my own.

Dropped a hefty $5000+ on a base C2 mattress, two sets of sheets, and the whole setup turns out to be a flop – like an air mattress gone rogue. Called to return the disaster, but surprise surprise, only the mattress is up for grabs. Stuck with a useless base and sheets that don't fit anything else. And the cherry on top? A $249 pick-up fee, no way around it. Total scam alert!

We visited to check out the buzz and ended up buying new beds. The sales rep was quite helpful and clear. The delivery and installation went smoothly, and I liked that the sales rep checked in multiple times after our setup. Overall, a good experience!

The company has nice split king beds

The company has nice split king beds, letting us control each side. Only prob is they say don't dismantle before delivery, but when they come, they rush us rudely to take stuff apart.
