Bolt Depot came to the rescue for our high school robotics team, and boy, are we impressed! We used to be loyal to McMaster, but Bolt Depot won us over with their killer combo of cheaper prices and top-notch quality for bolts, washers, and zip ties. Sure, McMaster still rules the roost for some nuts and rivet nuts, but Bolt Depot's got our back for most things. They might not have heat-set inserts, but their excellent platform has us hooked. It's official – we're making the switch to Bolt Depot!

I've bought thousends of dollars in fasteners from Bolt Depot over the past few years. Until today I had never had an issue with a shipment. I received an empty damaged box that had clearly been retaped by USPS. I called and without hesitation they duplicated that box's contents and sent me an overnight shipment tracking label. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you Bolt Depot!

Been a customer of this stainless hardware source before. Recently snagged some 5/8"X18 stainless castle nuts. Delivery time was solid, no complaints there. But gotta say, not thrilled with the finish on these nuts. The wrench flats are seriously rough, gonna need some extra TLC to fit snug on my bike axle.

Da prices were da main attraction. Sumtimes more dan 50% less dan I can buy local, even wit shipping added. Second was da selection n ease of use of da website to find what you’re looking for. N lastly was shipping was fast. 2-4 days. Very happy with Bolt Depot.

I had a problem with my order from Bolt Depot. I messaged them after their working hours. I got a reply early in the morning. They sent out another order after the first one got lost by USPS. I'm satisfied with their service. They're a good company to deal with.

It's a trusty one, no doubt. But, gotta admit, a bit more selection would be the cherry on top, especially when it comes to metric fasteners. That'd make it a real winner in my book!
