    This company is ran by amateurs that don’t know what they are talking about. I am a paying customer looking for confirmation on my 2 meds being sent out but now they act like they don’t know me !!!! I had to do their job for them showing paid invoices (always keep your email copy’s ) and then after fighting with them all day they said by the end of the day I would get a tracking number, well it is the next day and still nothing. After being this to their attention I get someone claiming to be a service manager and was told it is their change in systems is why I was lost in their system !! Line it was my fault!!!!

    I have been a member of LifeMd for a few months, this month apparently they were sold and my prescription was declined, there was no member communication or instructions. No one sent an email to advise us of any upcoming changes, I sent a message through the portal to my initial care team member and someone wrote me to tell me to call and schedule another appointment. If my care team person is no longer there, good customer service on your part would have someone call me and explain the changes.
