    I have been on zepbound since April but then had to stop due to some medical reasons. Once I got back on it in December. It took a while. There was a disconnect between my insurance and your providers and because it took longer for the authorization I had to go on a lower dose and basically start over again. I suggest being more aware of prior authorization in the future tracking measures. Shouldn't be a back n forth for over a month and me doing all the legwork and reaching out. Anyways after a month of frustration we were able to figure it out.

    If I eat something outside the plan, I just add the food manually and adjust the next meals accordingly. The app doesn’t make it feel like a failure — more like a small correction. That flexibility helped me stay consistent instead of panicking.
