The website's pretty tidy and easy to navigate, prices won't break the bank. Got the job done, you know? Customer service, though, had me tapping my fingers for a few days before they answered my questions. The website's a champ with info, though. Shipping's a bit on the slow side, but they did deliver the goods. Had to shoot them a message when things hit a bump, but overall, it's like 70% good, but there's room for improvement.

The thing they dropped off didn't even come close to what I thought I was getting. The color was off, and the quality? Let's not even go there. It's like ordering a burger and getting a salad. Not the best surprise. Hope they get their act together on this image vs. reality situation.
