not a great experience with these folks. Called in with a problem, followed their suggestions, but no luck – issue still there. Called again hoping for a solution, and what do they say? "Too Bad." Apparently, it's beyond the 45-day trial period, so now my only way out is to shell out more for the behind-the-ear model.

Ugh, seriously not a happy camper right now. Dropped almost 400 bucks with these guys three weeks ago, and now they're hitting me with the "undeliverable" excuse. I'm calling BS, and needless to say, I'm not thrilled about it. Not the kind of service you'd expect after shelling out that kind of cash.

ordered one thing, got something else entirely, and the customer service radio silence is deafening. Sent them a photo as solid proof, but no callback in sight. Seriously, not the smoothest experience. Hope they get their act together and fix this mix-up soon.

Nano got back to me pretty fast via email, and their response was clear and helpful. They suggested the hearing aids I needed for severe hearing loss. I asked about aids for severe hearing loss; they replied swiftly. So, I ordered the one they suggested.

General good product.

General good product. Had trouble learning to insert into ear canal properly, instructions could be better. Units don't "beep" when turning off/on or adjusting volume as described so it's hard to know their status. Otherwise good.

tried every dome in the book, but those earbuds still squealed and just wouldn't snug up right. The struggle is real, and it's a bummer they didn't fit like they should. Earbuds, you had one job!
