    I recently got my lenses replaced and, while it took two attempts, I'm really happy with the outcome. The first pair had something off with the left lens, which was frustrating. But I gotta say, Bibi Khan from Customer Service was a real lifesaver. She sorted everything out and arranged for my glasses to be remade without charging extra. It only took a couple of weeks for the new pair to arrive and they're perfect now! It was a bit of a hassle but the final result was worth it.
