Great chair, remote delivery quirks
Sales team was attentive and patient during the demo. Purchase and scheduling were easy. I’m outside the service radius, so a call-out fee applies later, which they disclosed. Freight drop was smooth, but assembly took me longer than expected. Chair performance is excellent.
