I looked into taVNS for treating various conditions and checked out loads of studies from well-known sources. I was surprised by the wide range of issues that can be addressed with taVNS. For me, it was insomnia, anxiety, depression, tinnitus, and autonomic dysfunction, which I learned about through a study at Mount Sinai Hospital. The ear sensors are too big

The ear sensors are too big, and I requested smaller ones. The company sent a medium and a large, but not a small. As a result, I’m having trouble keeping them in my ears. Additionally, the rubber earlobes that go over the ear should be a bit larger and marked to distinguish between right and left, as it’s hard to tell them apart in their current form.
