    I needed help with a medicare supplement, then Erv called me. He was kind, knew his stuff, and took time to go over everything. He talked in a way that was easy to follow and I felt okay asking questions. Some other places I talked to made things unclear and kinda wierd to deal with.

    I contacted this company about fraud on my daughter's prepaid card. Sadly, my address wasn’t updated, and I can’t change it unless I send my government ID and social security card by email or fax to someone I don’t know. They said they will start the dispute and send a check to the old address. USPS doesn’t forward financial mail, so my daughter won’t get her stolen funds. I would give 0 stars if possible.

    After I deposited $1800, my account showed a negative balance because of a $600 charge. They took back the $600 from my bank but then put a negative mark and a limit on my strike account. Now, I can’t take out the $1200 I still have in Bitcoin
