Company seem a bit scary, tons of 1-2 stars
by David K

Company seem a bit scary, tons of 1-2 stars, lots of unhappy folks. Hard to get why they're still in biz with these reviews.

Went to Nsure
by Anonymous

Went to Nsure and got a quote, I thought, on my auto insurance. Paid, only to find out the policy did not include two important things. Tried to cancel. Nsure.com not responsive. Couldn't reach them by phone. Didn't respond to messages on their site or direct messages. Didn't call back after many voicemails. They are thieves. Don't do business with them.

After receiving quotes from various
by Richard

After receiving quotes from various insurance companies for my home and auto, I opted for a different provider. However, Nsure.com has persistently sent me texts. Their latest message insists I sign a "cancellation request form." I'm hesitant to comply since I've already chosen another insurer. Kindly cease these communications from Nsure.com.

Working at this digital agency in downtown Orlando has been an incredible opportunity
by Prebind

Working at this digital agency in downtown Orlando has been an incredible opportunity! My days are filled with assisting customers in setting up insurance, with ample chances for sales given the company's nationwide reach. What's truly made the experience remarkable is the supportive manager who's always there to lend a hand whenever I need assistance with a sale. Transitioning into this role has been seamless, and I'm thrilled I made the decision to join this dynamic team!

My experience with Nsure.com left me with mixed feelings and raised concerns about their transparency and business practices
by Lisa Chalker

My experience with Nsure.com left me with mixed feelings and raised concerns about their transparency and business practices. Initially considering a switch from Kin, I was surprised to find crucial information missing from their Docusign emails, particularly regarding 42 exclusionary endorsements detailing what would not be covered. This lack of clarity made me hesitant to proceed with the policy. When I attempted to cancel within an hour, I discovered they had already contacted my mortgage company and replaced my existing policy without my signature, which felt coercive and unethical. Furthermore, their request for favorable Google reviews in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card struck me as questionable and potentially manipulative. While Nsure.com may offer competitive rates, their approach to customer interactions and incentivized review requests left me questioning their integrity and commitment to transparency. I believe businesses should earn positive reviews organically through genuine customer satisfaction, rather than incentivizing them with rewards.
