I'm deeply dissatisfied with my recent experience
I'm deeply dissatisfied with my recent experience. I willingly entered into a 6-month payment plan, opting to use my credit card for the convenience of monthly installments. However, what ensued was far from what I expected. Instead of spreading the payments over the agreed-upon timeframe, the entire amount was withdrawn upfront, significantly reducing my available credit. This unforeseen development has thrown a wrench into my financial plans, hindering my ability to make other essential payments using the same credit card in the coming weeks.
I had assumed that a payment plan would mean monthly deductions, allowing me to manage my finances more effectively. Unfortunately, this process has now created a bottleneck, making me question the wisdom of choosing this option in the first place. The lack of communication regarding this practice has left me feeling frustrated and misled. I wish I had been better informed about the implications of this payment plan, as undoing it is now beyond my control. This experience has been a letdown, to say the least.
