    Versprochen war die Lieferung zwischen 3-5 Werktagen. Jetzt ist sie 26 Tage überfällig. Nichtsagende Ausreden bei Kontakt über Webseiten-Support-Formular, ebenso bei Kontakt über Email. Offenbar haben sie die Powerbanks gar nicht auf einem lager, sonder scheinen sie irgendwo in China erst zu bestellen. Bin jetzt vom Kauf zurückgetreten. Eine tiefergehende Recherche über das Unternehmen offenbar haufenweise negative Bewertung mit vergleichbaren Problemen von Kunden.

    I ordered a 15mm wrench and a 10mm wrench and paid for them on 10/9/25. I received the 15mm wrench only. After 2 weeks of calling and emailing, I got an email on 10-25-25 stating my wrench would ship the at the end of the next week. Now here we are 2.5 months later, so over 3 months total and I still don't have my wrench that I've paid for. You never answer the phone, no updates, no communication. I am sorry I did business with your company. I own several auto body collision centers and placed this small order as a test run for a lot of tools and equipment for my locations. I'm glad I found out how you do business now. My order number is 5429116. I will give it one more day before I blow your company up online. Nice store out of your garage. What a joke.

    Total disaster. Service was fine but then they set up an auto subscription on your credit card. 3 unauthorised payments later we have had to resort to cancelling our credit card. The payments continued on the newly issued card! It’s been a nightmare that’s taken up hours of time to sort. Never again.
