    They told me that they would process a refund for the return of their light gun accessories which are incompatible with the arcade I purchased from them. When no refund was received, I was forced to contact them, repeatedly, regarding the promised refund. I was told many different stories, but no refund materialized. After a month I began writing reviews to warn possible future victims. After many broken promises and lots of wasted time I am now told that they will refund my money only if I remove the reviews that warn people away from this terrible company. They apparently can only send refunds via Zelle, now? Pretty scammy. It’s been almost 2 months of this. Save yourself the pain and aggravation. Don’t be their next victim.
