    I ordered this gift well in advance, thinking it would make it in time for the special day. But it showed up late, which was really frustrating. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like what I had picked out. The quality and appearance were way off from what I was expecting. It was so disappointing, I didn’t even want to give it to my girlfriend. I felt embarrassed, like I had to apologize for it. I mean, when you plan ahead, you hope for better, right? Really let down by this whole experience and won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.
