Bought a system for 16 cameras. Arrived on time. Didn't open right away. Noticed 5 wire bundles missing. Emailed on weekend, got reply Monday, got missing stuff Wednesday. Happy with service. Can't recommend product yet.

I contacted customer/tech support to set up parameters for my new system.

I contacted customer/tech support to set up parameters for my new system. The representative attempted to assist me but couldn't resolve the issue. He generated a case number for higher-level tech support to contact me. After two weeks, I followed up and was informed that the case was still open. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't received any response from Revo tech support. As someone who works in retail/tech support, I find this level of service to be unacceptable.

The camera was delivered by the company via FedEx, requiring a signature. However, the FedEx driver carelessly tossed the box in front of my garage instead of delivering it to the front door. Fortunately, I noticed the package near my other Revo camera and retrieved it in time to prevent possible theft. Secondly, Revo failed to include the promised 100' CAT-5 cable in the order, even though it was advertised as part of the deal. I'm still waiting for the 100' CAT-5 cable owed to me by Revo. On a positive note, the camera itself is excellent!
