The tech was useful

The tech was useful n' confirmed what I thought was wrong with the laser. I just wish I could pick up the phone n' talk to someone right away instead of being put on a waiting list for someone to email me back. In this busy world, it does make a difference if you can pick up a phone n' get answers without waiting for someone to contact you.

I called on a Saturday as soon as they opened. Had to leave a voicemail, and within an hour Robert called me back. He was able to diagnose my issue and recommend a solution. He followed up on Monday. I really appreciated the follow through. Great experience! Thanks Robert.

Mikayla was really nice and friendly. It took a while for us to get in touch, but once we did, we set up a time quickly to fix my piburn rotary. The fix only took about 20 minutes. The only problem is that it takes a long time to reach customer service. I suggest leaving a message with the operator to avoid waiting so long. It might take a few tries, but these guys have a lot of people waiting. However, whenever I reached the team, everyone was friendly and tried their best to help.

I have had my LS-3655 for a few years now, and I have had to contact support on a couple of occasions. This time I was not sure if it was a laser or a software issue.
