    I ordered a product and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived right on time, just as I’d hoped. It was as described, though I have to admit I’ve seen a slightly nicer version from another seller. Still, this one was pretty good. I gave it as a gift, and the recipient absolutely loved it, which made me happy. The whole process was smooth, and I didn’t have any issues. Even though there are other options out there, I’d definitely consider ordering from this seller again. It was a positive experience overall, and the joy it brought to the person I gifted it to made it all worthwhile.

    I can't believe how frustrating this experience has been. My Ford Explorer Limited has been in the shop for almost a month, and I've only had it for two months! The transmission issue is just the tip of the iceberg. I've been getting the runaround from the dealership, and the so-called "advocate" from Ford Corporate has been no help at all. I told my husband we should stick with Chevy, but we decided to give Ford a chance. Big mistake. Groove Ford in Centennial, CO has been nothing but a headache. Their reviews warned me, but I didn't listen. It's clear they don't care about their customers or their reputation. I regret ever walking into that dealership.

    I’ve been through quite the ordeal with my car. Took it to three different dealerships, and none could fix the issue. It was like they were all out of their depth. So, I turned to Ford Customer Relations, thinking they’d be the pros with the answers. Big mistake. Called them seven times, and every rep told me something different. Total chaos. Spent four hours at the dealership, hoping for some resolution, but when I got Michael on the line, he just wasn’t interested in helping. He wouldn’t even talk to the case manager. At least the other reps gave it a shot. But Michael? Total brush-off. What a frustrating experience.
