    Freight scheduling was fine, then I learned two breakers slipped to a backorder. Communication was polite and I got periodic updates, but it still pushed my project back. The rest of the order was spot on with matching components and the inverter started up cleanly. Mixed feelings, honestly. Solid service quality, just unlucky timing. If you’re planning around a tight window, ask about stock before paying. Once parts landed, install day went smooth and I felt relieved.

    Tried the site on my phone, filtered by color and size, and paid with a saved card in minutes. The BTU tool gave me confidence I wasn’t guessing. Confirmation email came right away and the radiator shipped next day with tracking that actually updated. Installation was simple for my fitter. Heat is solid and the finish looks premium. For ordering and delivery, this felt very no-fuss and good value. Would happily use them again, no stress.

    The photos made it seem like the item was 3D, but what arrived was actually a clear acrylic piece with a picture/sticker of a 3D carved wood design on it, a lot like something you’d see from TEMU. The image itself looks nice, and the packaging and shipping were better than expected, with fast delivery, good shipping updates, and customer service that was top notch. That said, the writing only reads correctly from one side; turn it over and you’re looking at the backside of the picture with the text reversed. It wasn’t what I expected for the price, though I had figured part of what I paid was basically a donation to a cause. A small acrylic piece with a sticker on it doesn’t seem like it should cost more than $5, and these were almost six times that. Even so, the seller did match the ad description, which did include a warning that it was not a 3D sculpture but a 2D picture. The quality is very good apart from the backwards lettering, and it’s definitely a nice-looking image — just not an actual carved or sculpted piece. UPDATE: the seller seems to be issuing a partial refund even though I didn’t ask for one, which shows they care about customer satisfaction. I hope they can make the ad clearer for people who don’t read every detail as carefully as they should. This one was completely my fault, and the seller sent exactly what their listing said it would.
