The company is very good.

The company is very good. Mike knows a lot about the product and helped me a lot with technical stuff. He explained how the control panel connects to the vent system in an easy way. Mike also called me to check if I finished the wiring we talked about. He answered my call when the system started working to make sure it was okay. Mike's support was better than any other support I've had in my personal or work life.

My encounter with this company has been quite disheartening. I engaged in an online transaction, making a substantial purchase of $2,300, only to find myself charged twice for the same item. Upon reaching out to the customer service, I was assured that a refund for the duplicate charge would be processed within 48 hours. However, despite their promises, the refund hasn't materialized even after 5 days. Consequently, I find myself with $2,300 in limbo, stuck in a frustrating situation with this company, Hood Mart.

Awesome on the phone. I bombarded them with questions about my exhaust fan, and they patiently answered them all, helping me make the perfect choice. Two days later, they hit me up, saying they'd drop my order between 9 and 4. Right on the money. The delivery guy even gave me a ring to figure out where and how to drop off the goods.
