This is our third time orderin' from this site. It's super easy to find the right one 'cause of the simple instructions. It can be kinda hard to pick the right filter 'cause there's so many. But the pictures of the different refrigerators are really good!

My experience with this company was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the initial assurances from their customer service team regarding warranty coverage for their products, I was disappointed to discover a discrepancy upon receiving my order. The Lennox UV light and ballast I purchased worked as expected, and the price was fair. However, the warranty conditions were not clearly communicated during my initial call. The requirement for a certified HVAC technician to install the product in order to qualify for warranty coverage came as a surprise. As a skilled electronics individual capable of handling the installation myself, I found this condition unnecessary and inconvenient. Moving forward, I'll be more cautious and review warranty terms thoroughly before making any future purchases. Despite this hiccup, the product itself is functioning well, and I appreciate the affordability. Improved transparency regarding warranty conditions would enhance the overall customer experience.
