Перевірити товар ви можете тільки після оплати і отримання, а якщо ви його перевірили, то товар не підлягає поверненню, оскільки "був у використанні". Тобто фактично повернути їм підробку не вийде ніяк

I am still trying to get my money back having placed an order last year, order Id **** / Product ID: **** from this disgraceful company **** which needs shutting down, I have emailed "****" and have heard noththing regarding my order placed and I am unhappy about. I spent north of £80 on purchase of wig, the quality of the wig sent, hair is thin and sheds and I dont think the hair is real hair either. I now think the reviews on their page are fake!!! **** have the decency to repond to my email if thats even a real **** and I have not received a auto reply either. To all the customers shopping pleae dont this is the worse company ever!!! and by far the worse cumtomer care!!!
